Review: Boys of Summer by Cooper Davis

Many reviews of this novella talk approvingly about how sweet it is but for me, I’m afraid, Boys of Summer crossed the line into treacly.  The set-up had potential, but I found the florid prose and unbelievability of some aspects of the story prevented me from enjoying it as much as I had hoped.
